G'day, Grüezi, Greetings.

Passionate about human flourishing and wellbeing, my fascination for people and science led to setting up Flourish GmbH in Switzerland in 2021. I hold a Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology as well as international coaching accreditations with ICF and EMCC.

Using the latest evidence-based methods from Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, I co-create trusted partnerships to maximise individual and organisational potential, with wellbeing at the core for driving change, achieving goals, and enabling sustainable performance and flourishing.

Whether you are a well-seasoned leader, or at the start of your career, or are looking to make changes in your life or organisation, you will benefit from hands-on practical approaches, frameworks and psychometrics. I offer coaching, consulting, and training, using strengths-based learning & development methods to generate flourishing. Additionally, I specialise in neurodiversity and advocate for neuroinclusive workplaces and learning spaces where all employees, leaders and teams can thrive. I also work with neurodivergent individuals, including people who experience Sensory Processing Sensitivity (Highly Sensitive Persons).

As a professional with over two decades of international experience, I have lived and worked in Australia, China and Switzerland. My background includes senior leadership and general management positions. Successes include developing and implementing global HR strategies and business transformations, intercultural management consulting, leading and implementing global talent & leadership programs (e.g. as director for global leadership at Swarovski), DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), change management, employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and building an industry track record in education, technology, manufacturing, consumer retail and luxury goods.

My research investigated the relationship between employee wellbeing, empathy and turnover intention (i.e. intention to leave or stay with an organisation). I have also contributed to Coaching Perspectives, the magazine for the Association for Coaching, on neurodiversity and coaching practice. Please contact us to find out more.
